To provide engineering support across manufacturing plants. To ensure product manufacturing meet quality and delivery. 為制造工廠提供工程支援，保障產品生產以滿足質量及交付。
Job Responsibilities 主要職責 :-
Involve with engineering team to achieve department KPI goal. 參與工程團隊一起完成部門KPI目標。
Participate in the NPI (New Product Introduction), new component and new processes qualification. Trial run, troubleshooting and conclusions of new trial products. 參與新產品、新物料及新工藝驗證及導入。
Assist & support the team to continuously carry out manufacturing process improvement in term of automation transformation, jig and fixture design, process parameter optimization and work efficiency improvement. 1.) 協助和支持團隊在自動化改進、生產夾、治具設計、工藝參數優化、產能效率提升等方面持續進行改進。
Assist & support engineering team to meet company mission and goal. 協助和支持工程團隊實現公司使命和目標。
Support R&D to evaluation, tracking and analysis ECN. 試產/量產 ECN 跟蹤與評估，協助研發改善和驗證設計。
