職位描述
1.根據(jù)公司業(yè)務需要開發(fā)供應商，維護、評估和考核供應商，建立公司物資供應體系。
2.根據(jù)權屬子公司的物資采購需求計劃，轉化為物資采購計劃；
3.按公司制度，組織開展商務談判、詢價、詢比價、簽訂采購合同等工作。
4.根據(jù)采購合同跟蹤物資交貨、驗收、提交付款等;
5.及時完成采購資料歸檔整理工作；
6.根據(jù)紫金集團物資采購管理制度，修訂或建立物資采購管理制度；
7.完成公司領導交辦的各項臨時工作。
1. Develop suppliers according to the company's business needs, maintain, evaluate and evaluate suppliers, and establish the company's material supply system.
2. Work according to the procurement demand plan of the ownership subsidiary and convert into procurement plan.
3.Assort to company system, organize and carry out business negotiations, inquiries, price comparisons, signed procurement contracts and other work.
4.Coordinate to the procurement contract, track the delivery, acceptance, submission of payment, etc.;
5. Timely completion of procurement data archiving and finishing work;
6. According to Zijin Group material procurement management system, revision or establishment of procurement management system;
7. Complete tasks given from management and handle interim work.
